I am plannign for a virtual server esx 3.0.2 in dell 2950 with 24gb ram,dual quad core process and 1.5 tb hdd.WIll i can easily accomodate 10 server

I am plannign for a virtual server esx 3.0.2 in dell 2950 with 24gb ram,dual quad core process and 1.5 tb hdd.WIll i can easily accomodate 10 server with mixture of app servers and database sql servers ? i m confused about the practical knowledge of implementing maximum number of servers in this environment

Without knowing how much memory, CPU and disk each server will need there's no way to know for sure. But you shouldn't have a problem. I've got 3 servers running VMware ESX hosting a total of 73 VMs. Each server has at least 20 VMs on it.
