I am looking for the lowest cost web based storage that let's me have a folder on my computer to save to. I would love to use just Google Docs for the low cost of extra storage but I don't know of a way to have a folder on my desk top that since with both my PC (Win 7) and Mac. I would like about 200GB or more storage.

Software/Hardware used:
Windows 7 and Mac
