You can perform regular cleaning through using disk cleanup and disk defragmenter at:
Start > All Programs > Accessories > Systems Tools
You can also download CCleaner for free.

I have had a lot of success with it. I would take the time to read up on what you are doing before you do it. You do not want to go crazy with this cleaner and remove something you actually want or need.

I have not used the program you mentioned either but I would be curious if someone who is reading this post could speak to its quality. CNET sure seems to like it.
I think Jsuarez was talking about tools to free up RAM, not disc. Something like FreeRAM XP Pro .
I have never used this tool, and I’m not recommending it. It’s just an example of this kind of tools.
