I am currently running a single server with Exchange 2007. Recently I installed MS Forefront. This application was somehow causing Exchange to act strange in that on occasion I had to restart the Transport Service because no mail was being delivered. I went ahead an uninstalled Forefront and somehow this caused OWA to stop functioning. I went ahead and uninstalled client access and component services in IIS. In a nutshell I unintentionally uninstalled IIS. Upon reinstalling Client access and IIS I managed to get Webmail working again but I am not able to get Outlook Anywhere to work. What I mean is that any user connecting to Exchange through Outlook using the remote connection feature cannot connect. I continually get prompted to enter login credentials and I'm never able to connect. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
