Hey all, I am having a issue with some computers at the office not being able to click hyperlinks in Outlook 2007 and in one of our warehouse programs. I suspect it is a victim of an update because I don't believe any of them use Internet Explorer I think they all switched to Firefox. Any suggestions on solutions would be appreciated.

Software/Hardware used:
Outlook 2007, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Windows XP

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

I figured it out. You have to set the default web browser in Outlook. Also you have to set IE as the default occasionally to get everything to start working then change it over.

I had this problem in the past, and solved it by doing as FranktheTank suggests -- setting the defaults to Outlook and IE (and then changing them afterward). I guess that's the hack that works best.

Started messing around with it. Every time i clicked on a hyperlink either to a web page or email it said i lacked permissions. So I ended up going and setting the defaults and restarting outlook and it all worked again.
