I am trying to streamline a process where my end users would complete a form in Word and then click on a hyperlink to have the form sent to an email address for approval. Typically, when the hyperlink is created, one has the option to link it to a blank email with the recipient's email address already in the To line. This is great, but I do not want my end users to type their own messages. Instead, I want the hyperlink to be linked to a protected email template. This way my end users can just click on the hyperlink and then click send on the email. Is there anyway I can make this happen?
