 Hyper-V VM settings 3070MB memory limit

I Installed Hyper-V R2 to ML150 G3 hardware. Everything works fine, but I can't set over 3070MB memory to any VM's configured. There is 16GB physical memory available. I get "Out of bounds" error if I try to set more memory to VM. What could cause this? I have no such problems with our other two Hyper-V R2 servers.
