I think The Windows Server catalog could help.

In general, the requirements are:

An x64-based processor (with Intel VT or AMD-V technology enabled), hardware-assisted virtualization, and hardware data execution protection (specifically Intel XD bit (execute disable bit) or AMD NX bit (no execute bit))
