Hunt Group with Ran message?
How do you program a Ran Message on a normal Hunt group (non ACD)-
Basically I have set up 5 M3904 nortel phones in a linear HG and would like to have a ran message to play while callers are holding?
We do currently have a miran and I know how to configure/record announcements and assign to various channels- But currently we only use in an ACD environment- I have a need to allow a non acd group to have this with just normal 3903 phones?
Software/Hardware used:
Nortel 1000 3900 series phones (3903) * miran card in PBX
