Router configuration
I have 4 pcs running Windows 7 Professional connected to the Internet through a Hughes Net hookup. The pcs need to be networked together and need to have static IPs. There is only one cable connection to the Hughesnet modem/router or whichever it is. Can a Cisco Router be used to connect the other 3 pcs without overriding the IPs? Do I need to set the Cisco to disable DHCP?

Software/Hardware used:
Windows 7 Professional, regular HP desktops

This probably requires answers from HughesNet Support. What did they tell you when you asked them about it? If their reply is confusing or you ran into problems with it, we might be able to help. -- Tom
