		<description><![CDATA[Is the central point a L3 switch, or a router and switch combination?   Are all of the spokes independent subnets?  If the hub is actually RUNNING a routing protocol and you haven&#039;t got any ACL&#039;s that would specifically block traffic, then spokes should talk to each other.  However, if you forgot to include &quot;IP ROUTING&quot;, then each spoke can talk ONLY to the hub.]]></description>
