Can you keep patient data completely separate with a Hub and Spoke Network if two different companies want to go into a joint venture with each other? Thank you.

Hello and welcome to ITKE.
Separation is perfectly possible with careful design, of the security, and the use of VLANs to keep the traffic from each company only available to users within that company. They can even share the same Internet access, again with careful configuration of the firewall/Internet router.
