AS/400
Cannot get iSeries Tasks Page in browser with -> http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:2001 Have run STRTCPSVR SERVER(*HTTP) HTTPSVR(*ADMIN) from command line. Viewed the process thru WRKACTJOB - the job ends after few seconds. OS version V5R1, please help.

Check the system operator log and see if you have any error messages. I have had this happen to me before for individual instances and it turns out there was a port conflict.

There’s a strong chance that your TCP/IP configuration is incorrect. Post your TCP/IP interfaces, the host table entry for your AS/400 and the host/domain configuration. (From CFGTCP options 1, 10 and 12.) When those are correct, we can set your HTTP server. (At least 95% of TCP/IP on all systems I’ve seen in the past 15 years are not correct.)

But even if that’s correct, you should post your cume and HTTP server group PTF levels. Those have a good chance of also being insufficient.
