HTML table prints differently from view vs. from open document

I have a Notes document with a table that is generated in HTML by a LotusScript agent.  Each column of the table has a defined width, and the table has been sized to fit the print margins. The table displays correctly when the document is open and when the open document is printed.  However, I need to print 150 such documents, preferably into a single PDF. When I print from the view, the table formatting shifts slightly and the first column shrinks and begins wrapping the text, while other columns are given extra padding on the right-hand side. Any suggestions how to keep the intended formatting when printing from the view will be much appreciated!

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Check to see how the margins are define for the page setup. You may need to reduce the margins or possibly change the font to keep the data from wrapping.

A PDF doesn't guarantee that a document will look the same when viewed in a browser as when it's printed. The fundamental purpose of a PDF is to make the PDF look as much the same on any printer as is reasonably possible; and the PDF should look approximately the same whether it's printed or viewed with a compliant PDF-viewer program.

But the PDF isn't guaranteed to look the same as the original document.

Since we don't have your document and also don't know how the table and its cells are all defined and don't know what data is in each cell, we can't know how a PDF rendering will turn out. We don't even know what you're using to generate the PDF -- maybe the app is broken.

Best guess with no info might be to generate an image of your "table" and insert that into the PDF.

I should've noticed and remembered "Lotus Notes 8.0" as the generating app. But an image still might be the only good answer if page margins can't clear up the problem.
