Hi Experts !

when ever i try to edit a chart in the HPS 9 for any strategy element and Map of scorecard after some time i find this error:

Exception
 


 



An exception ocurred processing your request. Contact your HPS Administrator. 1253596057468
null



This restrains me from acessing the chart for the particular scorecard and strategy element.
this problem is for a particular user account and is replicating for
more users account. What is the solution and the root cause of this
kind of behavior.
