We have a couple of HP2015 lan attached printers. They seem to go to sleep after a period of inactivity. When they are required to print after a period of inactivity, they fail to print jobs in their queues and produce error failed to print.
These printers can lay inactive for a couple of hours at a time.
Is this a configuration issue or setting that can be adjusted. The work around is to switch printer off and on again.
Any help is gratefully received.
