Hello all, we have a user that receives a "Hewlett-Packard T-TR Status Client has encountered a problem and needs to close" message every time they start their computer. Is this something that needs to run? Should we be concerned about any infections? It takes up almost all of the CPU usage and at times 100% of the usage. Any ideas would be helpful.
Thanks.

I think it is not part of the driver itself. It is a client that monitors the printer status, so it is not really necessary. It can be removed from the Startup in msconfig without any problems
