 HP Open View Storage Data Protector

We are instituting this new back up device. It was just thrown into my lap and I don't have any idea how to use it. I am struggling through, however, I keep getting a critical error message as follows:Health Check Failed. It then states that I need to check the log files from the CLI. I have tried the DOS prompt, but the file can not be found. Is there another CLI? If so, is it automatically loaded, or is it a separate installation? Thanks, Tisa
