HP LASERJET 3005: Stops and starts printing again from the beginning
Hi all,
I have a problem for many months on a HP laserjet P3005N. The issue is that the printer randomly stops and starts printing again from the beginning. This happened often after a paper jam error (13.01 error code). In other cases if in the printer there is any paper we have the same one.

I upgraded the firmware to new version but it's the same problem again. I modified these values in system settings on web interface to solve the problem:
Continue automatically : NO (YES=default value)
Remove paper Jam  : NO /YES=default value)
Timeout Interval  : 3000 (default I think was 300)
I don't know how solve this tedious problem. Everyday randomly the printer stop and starts the same job infinitely times (80,100), this happened when the job is only 1 page or many pages.
Please give me some information if anyone have had this kind of problem on this HP model.
Thanks in advance.
Bye.

Answer Wiki:
Try uninstall and again fresh install the printer with minimum options or select only the necessary options. In the mean time u have to contact with the vendor from where u bought the printer or contact printer hw person. Thanks

If the printer is under warranty then it is time to call the manufacturer’s tech support I think.

Hi, the manufacturer’s tech support always don’t know nothing about these kinds of problem. The printer prints correctly under windows, the problem is under IBM mainframe environment. Maybe could be a problem of settings, maybe I found that could be a RAM problem, but if it is a RAM problem then the printer couldn’t print from windows. The problem often occurs when there is paper in tray and then it starts to prints the same job infinitely. I don’t know if there is a solution to this issue or it is a problem of this kind of model. The problem occurs even on other printers of the same type. I upgraded the firmware of two printers but it’s the same old story. It is a mysterious issue and maybe the only solution is to put in the trash this printer model.
Thanks all for your help.
