People around the world please assist me on this, I purchased a new HP laptop with 500gg hard disk space, I can't imagine now when I see properties I have only 2gb free space. my programs, my pictures,my document, and video show the used space is about 90. What I'm wondering about is where are the other spaces gone? I ran disk clean up, dick error and defrag but no extra space. My anti virus is up to date always.

You should be asking in HP Support Forums. This isn’t a personal ‘Help’ site. We can’t take work from those who are paid to provide personal service. — Tom
i agree with TomLiottla, you should go to hp counter then ask him about your problem.if you have any problem about health then ask me….
I’m pretty sure anyone who asks here for medical help isn’t going to be much good for your site. And trying to get free advertising the way that you did is a pretty negative comment about your site. — Tom
2gb free space — on the disk? or in Main Memory?
right click my computer, select manage and go to disk management and see what or where it is being allocated for.
Guessing that, certain types of files don’t appear in windows
explorer. This tricks known as “shadow storage” and might not be shown here. The shadow storage contains system restore points / earlier versions of files.
You can try to pass this command from command line as:
vssadmin list shadowstorage
i.e. Volume Shadow Copy Service Admin tool which helps to know exact space using by any other files. (For windows 7).
However it is not cleared that, which make/ what manufacturer of HDD and which OS u r using including version name.
If u will not get any proper solution, it is better to contact the vendor/ service center from where u purchased the laptop if it is still under warranty / guarantee.
