    To prepare for the upcoming changes, IT departments must: 1) Acknowledge that they're not really in control. 2) Do what it takes to build credibility with management and users. 3) Anticipate changes such as this and do what it takes to help the business use technology to its advantage...that's the main recent IT exists.
