How VNC Disconnect already connected RDP Session

i want to know that what mechanism vnc adopt to connect to machine where an rdp session is already running i any body can provide a c3 snnipets it will be appreciated

If someone is connected to the console via RDP and you use VNC to connect to the server and login that will disconnect the user who is RDPed to the console.
