you mean visual basic 6? there are wizards that help to convert vb6 projecto to .net, but never are perfect, you have to make sometimes LOT of stuff to make it work... the problem is that VB.NET is very diferrent to VB6 and not perfect conversion exist there are third party software that can convert projects and can be tested: an example is http://vbto.net/ seearch "vb6 to vb.net" and will found some more help :) or can make another question here greetings
