 How unable to enter data in answer boxes providedb

How unable to enter data in answer boxes provided? Attempted to answer a pre-existing question on another topic and to reply to some one about my topic & in both cases & in both cases unable to enter any data. Could save by hitting the save button I could save a empty responce.
