I have two queries saved, one shows the record that match a criteria and the othe query shows the record that do not match the criteria. ie. query1 in the feild lastname the criteria is "jones" in query2 in the feild lastname the criteria is Not"jones". What I want to have is a report that shows the results of the two queries side by side so a comparison can be made. Is this possible and if it is how?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Yes you can do this. Simply call both recordsets and display each of them separately.

I would prefer to show the two queries as two subreports. So, if you want to make any change to any of query it wont effect the report. Regards, Sarfaraz MS Excel help
