 how to update to usb high speed controller for usb wireless device

I HAVE A...  INTEL(R)CELERON(TM)CPU 1200MHz 1.20GHz. I'm running Windows XP Professional Version 2002 service pack 3 .  I have a wireless device hooked up thru my usb port . Intel 82801BA/BAM USB Universal Host Controller - 2442 an a 2444 witch are standard  USB Controllers . I want to Know how to get a high speed usb controller setup on my computer . My Computers is Compaq Presario 5000.
