As soon as you figure it out, I'd like to know as well! I like the service that the Knowledge Exchange provides, but I get too many emails, and the options to change it (like to receive one "digest" email a day) do not work. I've tried changing the setting to "send me NO email" and I still get them. My next step is to completely block any emails from this domain, however I don't like to take such a severe step because I do receive useful information from time to time. Hey guys at ITKnowledge Exchange, I think you need to address issues with your service lest you begin losing people left and right!

Hi

There are a couple of options available to you.

a) In any IT Knowledge Exchange (ITKE) email (question or reply) that hits your inbox there is a link for editing your email preferences at http://searchSecurity.techtarget.com/ITKnowledgeExchange/editProfile which you can access. Once logged in to your profile you can specify that email should never be sent.

b) From within your ITKE mail box there is a tab for “MY PUBLIC PROFILE”. Click on the tab and then click on the button to “EDIT PROFILE PREFS” and change the settings so email is never sent.

Hope it helps

Jonathan
