I hit something and suddenly my Word doc has all these crazy symbols - including a paragraph symbol at the end of each "paragraph". How do I turn them off?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

You did not say what version of office you have. That would help. In Office 2007 there is a ribbon bar at the top and the paragraph symbol is on the ribbon. You must have accidentally clicked on it. It’s the button directly to the right of the sort button (The sort button has the letters A nd Z on it and an arrow pointing down). The paragraph symbol looks like a reverse P. Click it again and all those symbols will disappear again. If you do not have Office 2007, please tell us what version you do have. Thanks.
