Answer Wiki:
If by "synchronize" you mean share, then just have them give each other permissions to their calendars by right-clicking the calendar going to properties and then the permissions tab and granting permission. Do not have them set each other up as delegates. If you mean something else by "synchronize", then please provide more details. Thanks.

Sir,
I think that is not really i want. Maybe i can provide with examples:

Let say we having 2 user accounts in exchange. Each account has contacts, calendar, task and emails.

i only want to sync calendar for both the users. Let say user1 update his calendar so user 2 calendar also will updated and the other way round also.

Both users wanted to use push mails thats the reason they want calendar to synchronize between each other and they don’t want synchronize task, contacts and emails.

If we use sharing then the user unable to see sharing calendar from his windows mobile and won’t get alert for the meeting from their mobiles.

Any idea to solve this?.

I don’t believe this is a function Outlook is intended to perform, no. Sharing is your only option and yes that means they are NOT going to get the updates for the other calendar on their phone, sorry.
