hmmmm… fix the problem that generates the error? In other words, correct the error so the log entry goes away.

I understand fixing the error will solve the issue, but sometimes in my organization we have to reboot the Exchange server and that’s when the sync logs occur, I guess my question would be more of how do I route these logs to an alternate location via e-mail before they hit the deleted item bin. I have managers that simply won’t delete items out of the delete bin due to they think they will miss something, and then they call because they don't want to sort out all of the logs between thier other items in that location blah, blah, blah…………….Can anyone help? I just want the client or the server to stop sending the message!

Let me get this straight, when sync errors occur the logs appear in the synch issue folder and your managers go into that folder and delete them sending them to the deleted items? If I have that right, why not just tell them to leave them alone and let them stay in the synch issues folder? Mine clears out after a while on its own.I have not investigated the settings as to how often it clears.
