I use Lotus I have setup a simple agent for a general email address that handles customer enquiries. I have used formula's that reply to the sender using the From field formula (From) and the subject field formula (Subject). I have found that there is an instance where our website sends emails to this email address with the same name, hence causing an autoresponse loop. How can I create an exception for this email address? Do I have to create an agent using Lotus script rather than the simple method?
