I need some help on the following issue. We use WRQ Reflection for IBM 12.0 and I am trying to do a file transfer from AS400 to my desktop. I get the following message when I click on 'show host files' RETURN CODE=1: ERROR OCCURRED STARTING CONVERSATION It looks like I don't have all required OS/400 LIPI servers started? I can not figure out a way to add them. According to some online research I need the following servers active. *CENTRAL *DATABASE *SIGNON *SVRMAP I used the STRHOSTSVR command to start them but nothing starts. Thanks in advance for your responses.

The most common problem that I remember from that far back was that TCP/IP wasn't configured properly. You use STRHOSTSVR to start the host servers, but one or two of them could have trouble with slightly incorrect TCP/IP settings. However, I'd first look to the PC. What OS is it running? If it's newer than Win2K, I'd start counting how much money I had available to place bets. Tom
