How to shift to SAP Netweaver from QA Background

hi Friends,I work as QA Engineer since the past 2 years in a M.N.C based in pune, I am good at my Java Skills, Object Orientation and QA Skills. I want to shift to SAP Netweaver and and i am searching a job for the same.
I have some questions\doubts\confusions in mind, please help me out
1. Do companies recruit people from QA background who are good at Java skills in Netweaver?
2. Do companies provide some training on Netweaver when i join the company?
3. The Company will consider me a fresher or consider my previous experience of 2 years and offer me package considering that?
4. What should be my approach, should i join a training course on Netweaver or consider the option of applying in a company which works on Netweaver?
Please help me out on these questions friends,
