how to share contacts and calendars in Exchange 2003 on separate domain
We had a ISP doing are email and now we what to take care of are own. the problem is the exchange server 2K3 is on a separate domain. So user will be setup through POP3 accounts. the problem is that they want to share contacts and calenders. I am not sure how to do this without a third party software?

I am not sure if it would help you or not, but there is a link known as <a href="http://www.msexchange.org/articles_tutorials/exchange-server-2003/">msexchange.org</a> having around 270 odd articles on MS Exchange 2003, you can check there if those are helpful in getting you what you want.
