 How to setup, configure, then connect to Oracle 10g on Windows Server 2003 without using ODBC?
What (and how) is the bare minimum installation to connect from a non Oracle app to Oracle 10g on a Windows 2003 server. The non Oracle app cannot use ODBC but need to connect to an Oracle connection driver.
