 How to setup approval request for a group mail
Domino on Linux, Lotus Domino 7.0.2
Please let us know how to setup an approval for any email send to a domino email group send by internal notes user. This feature we were using with TrendMicro ScanMail for Domino in which we can define recipient group name and if send wants to send email to group users it will first go to domino administrator for approval if administrator appoves the email circulated. Is there any possibility to perform this task without the ScanMail software. Please advise

What I can suggest in this case is to create a server rule …and make all emails sent to a particular group “moved to the database ” of the Administrator then the admin can decide wither to send it to the group or not ….

You can create it using the following :
Router/SMTP
Restrictions and Controls
Rules …
