How to set auto delete in Outlook
In Outlook, I want to set a rule/configuration to ask after reading a message, "delete read message?"

It would helpful if you would include the version of Outlook when submitting a question. Carlos is correct, Outlook rules to delete occur at the arrival of a message, they are not designed to be applied after a message is read. When you open and read a message there is a delete button at the top you can use before closing the message. That is your best option.

You could create a rule to delete messages, but it will be applied when the message arrives (not after reading it), and it won’t ask for confirmation to delete it.
