 How to send an alert from Outlook 2007

We used to use Script in Outlook 2003 to do this, when a new message arrives, the script will fireup and get the subject line from the received message and send an alert to another user that message with the subject ".." has arrived in the following mail box. How do I do that in Aoutllok 2007?

I understand you are asking about using a script here, not just Outlook rules. Have you tried the same method in Outlook 2007 yet? If so were they unsuccessful altogether? Did you get an error?
