Q:
How to save SAP history tables in Linux?
Hi! I'm the Assistant Editor for SearchEnterpriseLinux.com. One of our readers sent in the following question about using SAP. Can you help him?

"We have noticed that on some fields in sap there is a history table that appears once we start entering (typing) information into the fields.

The history table is a field box that appears underneath a field when we start entering information.

This history table contains the last entries entered (by typing) into the field. user have discovered that it allows a quick reference to regularly entered information.

This we observed and experienced in window OS. But in linux base sap we are unable to observe the same. Please guide us how to save sap history tables on Linux base platform.

Regards,
Vijay

You mean the autocomplete functionality? It's standard supported by Windows. But I'm not familiar with Linux. But you can try too look for 'autocomplete' on linux platform.
