How to run separate actions alongside a hiring action

What is the proper procedure for running other actions along with the hiring action (such as Payroll Master/Deputation/Transfer), on the same day as running the hiring action?

Hi
1. During hiring, usually the first step would be, through a personnel action IT 0, to load the master data like, then IT1, 2, 6,16, 41, etc., which are non-money type daata.
Then an additional action to load money related ITs, IT 7, 8, 9, 14, Benefit plans, Tax related infotypes, etc.
2. Review the data entered and check for completeness.
3. Run time eval in simulation. Check there is no errors.
Then run the actual time eval. Check again to ensure the outputs are correct.
4. Run payroll in simulation. Check there is no errors.
Then run the actual payroll. Check outputs.

After all employees are processed for payroll, you can process the FI Postings. Or you may split time eval, pay roll, posting into groups of employees, based on payroll area or emp.number range, depending on your needs.
