How to run other SAP HR actions along with the hiring action
suppose am running an action initially then simultaneously am along with that i want and need to run another action at the same time .. what is the proper procedure for this??

PA40 is the txn for Pers.Action. You can only do one action at a time.
To invoke several pers actions consecutively, you need to set this as a Change Request. See under IMG->Integraton with other mySAP...->Business packages...>Manager Self-service->Personnel Change Requests. There are several steps to be configured. You also need to set up the workflows required.
