It is possible. It will just take you a couple years or so of programming to get it done.
 
Start writing a program that can communicate with the web application server and process the JSF pages and do all of the other things that browsers do for you.
 
It doesn’t make much sense of course. Since a browser already does everything that is needed and essentially every PC already has a browser, there is no reason to create another program that does those things.
