It is possible. It will just take you a couple years or so of programming to get it done.

Start writing a program that can communicate with the web application server and process the JSF pages and do all of the other things that browsers do for you.

It doesn&#039;t make much sense of course. Since a browser already does everything that is needed and essentially every PC already has a browser, there is no reason to create another program that does those things.
