 how to retreive a driver
i uninstalled and removed some programs from my pc,after that i found the multimedia audio controller and the video controller are not working actually their drivers are missing and the computer is seeing them as new hardwares needed to be installed i dont have the manual,i dont know the manufacturer, i can see only from computer manager their ID as PCIVEN.......... CAN I RESTORE WHAT I DID AND RETREIVE THE DRIVER? IF NOT,HOW CAN I KNOW TH EMANUFACTURER WITH JUST THE INFO I HAVE

You didn't say which OS version you have but you might be able to press F8 just after the power-on self test and select Last Known Good Configuration. You can restore from backup. You can also remove the cover off your PC and look at the actual cards and chips to see who the manufacturer is. Windows should recognize the hardware. Finally, you can contact the person/company you purchased the system from and see if they can help.
