Q:
How to restrict a users who can only send inbound Internet e-mail but receive all email on Exchange 2007?
We had a request to restrict a single user can only send email within domain but receipt all mails from internal and external on Exchange Server 2007.  Is this possible ? Thank you,

I am not familiar with exchange but I think you can disable pop3 feature from the users email properties in users and computer menu or you can block pop access through your firewall for the specific users; IP or by user level if you have ISA server

I may not completly understand what it is you’re trying to do. I have certain users who can only correspond with internal users and no communication in or out to/from the outside world. I did this by creating a transport rule. That’s Organization, HubTransport,Transport Rule tab and right click in white space and New Transport Rule. It’s pretty self explanatory after that. Just like creating a rule in Outlook. Hope this helps.
