 How to restore the main “Open…” button in the Lotus Notes client 8.0.2

I don't know why the main "Open..." button in my Lotus Notes 8.0.2 toolbar has disappeared ! And i don't know how to restore it ... Stupid no ?

This seems to happen to alot of people. Seems like a UI design deficiency.
