Indeed, there are many ways in doing that.U can reset the disc partition in CLI.Normally, some people used to open the Disk
Management from the computer management utility.
In
Windows, a quick way to open Disk Management utility is from the command
prompt. What you need to do is just type a short command and then Disk
Management would start quickly.

Taking windows7 as an example and following these steps
to start Disk Management from the command in Windows:
Click Start or open Run from the app screen.
You will see a command, typing the
command “diskmgmt.msc” in the text book first,
Then click Enter key in the search box or press Ok in the command, you will open the CLI.

Following the next steps:

Typing the command “list disk”, you will see the disk info

Select one disk which is available, exp, typing “select disk#”
and in the CLI you will see the message of “disk# is now the selected disk”

Typing “list partition” , you will see the info of available
partition

Typing “select partition#”, you will see the message “partition#
is now the selected partition”

Typing “extend size=x MB/shrink minimum=x MB”. It’s success
when you see the message” Disk part successfully extended the volume/Disk part
successfully shrunk the volume by: x MB (the size you inputted)

  • Parition

The capacity of the existing parition can be changed by using Resize partition. You can enlarge or leesen the space of one partiton at random by cut or add space from or for it.
For instance:we are going to add 30 more hundred GB to C drive form F drive.
Step 1: pitch on the E drive and choose “Resize Partition”.
Step 2: lenssen 30GB from E drive by left/right drag the “double-headed arrow” and we will get a 30GB’s unallocated space after E drive.
Step 3Put the Unallocated space directly after C drive by moving the F drive to the end. First rigt click E drive and choose move partition. then drag E to the right at the popped-out window.
Step 4: As a result of step 3, you will get a the 400GB’s unallocated space directly after C drive. Add the 400GB to the C drive by select “Rsize partition” at C drive. and dragging the “double-headed arrow” to the right.
Finally, you will get this, 30GB has been added to C drive From E drive.(don’t forget to aplly it)
