 How to remove consistency check in lotus notes?

How to remove conistency check in lotus notes? Because everytime when i used to access my archieve data base takes longer time to open...Is there any option is there to cancel the consistency check?

Skip_Fixup=1. If it is set in the NOTES.INI file, Notes skips the consistency checking of a database when the database is opened. This parameter should only be used with a Notes client. Or simply go to c:Program Files/lotus/notes/data/ and change perweb.nsf file to perweb.nsf.old. This starts to happen when the locally stored database gets to about 300mb.
