In fact, my hope is that maybe someone knows the origin of those 2 seconds delay at start up. From my first investigation, it seems that it is more or less a general situation on the switch I have tested : After having deactivated all features related to redundancy or autonegociation and so on, D Link and 3COM managed switch I have tested present the same behaviour regarding the 2 seconds delay at start up. Maybe it is something directly linked to the hardware layer, or even something standardized ?]]></description>
