Hi Ashish,

Did you also delete all the emails from the server or does all the email still exist on the server at all?
Steps to Recover Softly Deleted Items: When anything from your mailbox folder gets deleted, it goes to the “Deleted items” folder. You can restore your emails from deleted email folder if it exist  in deleted email folder. Otherwise go through second procedure. Steps to Recover Hardly Deleted Items:

  • Go through the dumpster (owing to the file’s connection with Exchange)
  • Just right-click the Deleted Items folder
  • Press “Recover Deleted Items” button to open dialogbox
  • Click the mails you want to restore
  • Finally click the “Recover Selected Items” button
Hope it will help you!
Cheers!!

If you facing trouble with OST file then you can try Scanost.exe tool provided by Microsoft. This free utility scans OST file and checks synchronization connection with Exchange server. If any any abnormal thing founds, it fixes it immediately. In case of some serious issue, a third party recovery tool is recommended. Some really popular brands like SysTools, RecoveryTools are preferable.

    Take a look here: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Recover-deleted-items-in-Outlook-for-Windows-49e81f3c-c8f4-4426-a0b9-c0fd751d48ce.
Though it is based on after edition of OL 2007, but concept more/ less same.

OST files store replica of the server- based folders. If you modified or deleted the old profile then the data in the OST may be lost. If OST file is not modified then you can easily fix this issue by starting the Microsoft Exchange client offline with the old OST file. After that recover the data by transfering the OST to a PST file. Check following steps to copy the offline messages to a PST:

    1. Start the Exchange Client OFFLINE.
    2. On the Tools menu, click Services.
    3. Click Add.
    4. Add a Personal Folders (PST) service.
    5. Select the messages that you want to copy.
    6. On the File menu, click Copy.
    7. In the Copy to dialog box, select the personal folders (PST) that you created in step 4.
    8. Click OK.
    9. Repeat steps 5 through 8 for each folder that contains messages.

Above Steps are Recommended by Microsoft.
