1.) Bring up an existing message
2.) Click the “More” tab at the top
3.) Click the “Out of Office…” menu item (second from the top)
4.) Fill out the dialog
a.) Select when you’re leaving; default = “Today”
b.) Select when you’re returning; default = “Tomorrow”
c.) Fill in the subject, or let default = Your Name + ” is out of the office.”
d.) Fill in the body (e.g. “Sorry folks! I got fired so all of my correspondence is going to my former boss. Have a nice day!”)
5.) Click “Enable and Close”

You’re done!

But is there a way to create an exception to stop the reply-to-myself loop? Do I have to create an agent using Lotus script rather than the simple method?
